Order Processing
We work hard to prepare every order promptly so your pet products arrive as soon as possible. Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully completed. Processing includes payment verification, order confirmation, item inspection, packaging, and handoff preparation for the shipping carrier.
Orders placed on business days before the daily cut-off time are generally prioritized for faster handling. Orders submitted after the cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Orders placed after cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
